This Course, which includes 6 different modules, will be dictated to more than 300 nurses of the OB-Gyn Rooms of the University School Hospital and of the San Felipe General Hospital and it will conclude until November 2017.

With the aim of improving hospital services in maternity wards, it is necessary to have well-trained personnel to obtain better results in terms of employee performance.

It has been shown that despite health reforms in recent decades, insufficient progress has been made in the development of health systems that promote collective health improvements. However, new opportunities are emerging, the extension of health-friendly contexts and quality care to the whole world, which is the main imperative of health systems.

This training aims to strengthen competencies by acquiring theoretical and practical knowledge and the development of skills, abilities, attitudes and aptitudes for the different emergency situations faced by nurses in the health sector.
